What can you expect?

The purpose of this job is to implement new global clients in our system called Global Benefits Management. You'll need to ensure all local appointments are obtained as quickly as possible to provide the full value of our GBM system to our clients.

Responsibilities include executing project management and process development tasks. You'll have a chance to cooperate with Client Services and admin teams as well as GBM Local Team.

We will count on you to:

  • Support implementation of clients, ensure key activities are completed and internal/external parties are aligned

  • Drive implementation efficiencies and consistency by utilizing best practices, tools, templates, communication support and materials

  • Ensure all implementation issues are documented and escalated

  • Support client demos / trainings during the implementation process

  • Promote and maintain “one team” experience for clients with GBM Client Services team

  • Provide compiling project timelines / client reporting

  • Outline data / reporting expectations

 

What you need to have:

  • 2+ years of work experience in a similar role

  • Ability to manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

  • Demonstrated success in performing analysis in Excel, communicating to senior leadership, drafting PPT slides

  • Experience in process building, best practices and/or efficiency projects

  • Excellent communication and negotiations skills

  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment

  • Fluent English
