Directly Responsible for entire operations within Financial Reporting department in Poland servicing clients form EMEA location. The department consists of over 250 employees, therefore the head of the department should displays strong leadership skills, managerial skills, ability to run large scale operations, strong change managements as well as client servicing skills. Relevant industry experience is an asset.

  • Fund Accountant in FTS (Fund Trading Services) you will be responsible for:

    • The correct and timely processing of specific activities performed in the areas of Fund Trading Services:
      • Local Paying Agent
      • Reconciliation
      • Reporting
      • Order Router
    • The role will involve a significant amount of contact with internal and external clients, Transfer Agents and other groups within State Street. 
    • The Trasfer Agency Administrator in FTS is a main point of contact for all other supporting functions and is responsible for analyzing information, monitoring and resolving queries received from external parties.

       

      As Accountant in Custody/Cash Department you will be responsible for

    • The correct and timely processing of specific activities performed in the areas of Custody:
      • Cash Management services such as (Cash Investigations-Reconciliations- Transactions’s  processing and Risk Queue Monitoring)
      • Trades’ processing 
      • Corporate Actions’s management
      • Derivatives processing
      • Reference Data
      • Tax Services
    • Compliance on Archivio Unico Informatico (AUI) aimed at monitoring “suspected” transactions
    • The role will involve a significant amount of contact with internal and external entities (i.e. brokers in some cases) and other groups within State Street. 
    • The Accountant in Custody Department is a main point of contact for all other supporting functions and is responsible for analyzing information, monitoring and resolving queries received from external parties.

    Education & Preferred Qualifications

    • Good command of Italian
    • Good command of English
    • Bachelor or Master degree 
    • Basic understanding of fund administration would be beneficial
