We are looking for a Junior Process Officers / Process Officers with Danish/Swedish/Norwegian or Finnish language. This is an opportunity for you to join our energetic team and kick-start your international career within financial industry working for the largest financial group in Northern Europe.

Your future responsibilities

You’ll join Nordea Bank Abp, which is leading financial institution in Scandinavia. It was established in Poland in 2010 to run operations for Scandinavian business units of Nordea. Working with us, you will play a part in building a better bank that fulfils a meaningful role in society. We aim to help our customers around the world improve their lives and reach their milestones. To do that, we are shaping the digital transformation of banking to improve the services we deliver.  

 

What you will be responsible for?

  • Updating, supervising and approving data in banking systems and applications in accordance with the procedures and regulations
  • Working with internal applications and procedures to meet customers ever-changing needs
  • Working with methodologies that helps improve our way of working, to be more effective and productive in our tasks
  • Collaborating across borders with colleagues in Scandinavian countries
  • Develop yourself by learning different tasks connected with the daily banking services
  • Help continuously improve process routines with new ideas and inputs

Your background:  

  • Either native or at least B1 level of Scandinavian language  
  • English on communicative level  
  • Secondary school or university graduate  
  • Practical knowledge of MS Office tools  
  • Interested in working in financial industry
