For one of our clients from Informatyka/Programiści industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of:

IT HELP DESK AGENT WITH GERMAN

Workplace: Wrocław, dolnośląskie

Ref no: IT/Mger/18

Job description:

  • First line of support for internal users via E-mail, WebChat or Phone
  • Ensuring that notifications are requests are assigned and tracked in a precise and timely manner
  • Collaboration with other consultants - transfer of orders to the 2nd level customer service
  • Identify service improvement opportunities to key service management stakeholders
  • Further development and maintenance of existing knowledge database

Job requirements:

  • Fluent German and very good knowledge of English
  • Experience in Customer Service or Help Desk area will be an asset
  • Computer and MS Office skills
  • Developed communication skills
  • Ability to learn new things quickly, interest in new technologies
